The firm is
proud to announce that Joseph Mariniello, Sr. has been appointed as Counsel
to the Fort Lee Board of Adjustment. As counsel, Mr. Mariniello will use his
vast knowledge of land use and zoning to advise the Board on the various
zoning issue which come before it. |

Joseph Mariniello, Sr. reappointed as Borough
Attorney for Palisades Park for 2008. This week, Mr. Mariniello was
nominated as Borough Attorney by Mayor James Rotundo for the 2008 year. At
the reorganization meeting Mr. Mariniello was appointed unanimously by the
Council. |

M&M Staff - Helping the Community at the Holidays again
in 2007! We acknowledge with pride some of our staffs efforts and
generosity in charity and community service. This year, for the second
consecutive holiday season, the staff collectively made a donation of food
to The Tomorrows Children's Fund to
help feed the families of the children being treated at Hackensack
University Medical Center at Thanksgiving. The firm thanks Diana
Macchia for all of her efforts in coordinating the donation. |
