1.  What types of legal matters does Mariniello & Mariniello, P.C. handle?

Mariniello & Mariniello is a general practice firm. You can see a long list of the type of matters we handle on our Practice Areas page. Our Senior Partner, Joseph Mariniello, Sr., has been practicing law in New Jersey for over 35 years. Over that time he has developed a broad range of expertise which has served our clients well.  Our other attorneys have developed their own areas of expertise which compliment each other and serve to offer our clients one home for all of their legal needs.

3.  Legal fees are expensive, how do you bill your clients?

As a firm that specializes in handling matters of small and mid-sized businesses and individuals, the firm is very conscious of the cost of legal services to its clients.  Almost all matters are billed on an hourly basis (fees for which are determined at the time of engagement). Some matters will be considered by the firm for a contingent basis, although that is not the normal practice of the firm.

4.  I have a legal situation that I need help with, how do you determine if you can help me?

All you need to do is call. Our office will ask you briefly about the issue and determine if the matter is one we can help you with. If it is, an appointment will be set up for you to meet with one of our experienced professionals who will listen to your situation and make some initial conclusions.  Of course, there are legal matters that we choose not to handle for one reason or another. In some cases we can suggest another firm that may better be able to serve your particular legal needs.
